Some well-deserved recognition for Eurice in this Sunday’s New York Times.

The article highlights a number of hotels on the island that have a focus on Chocolate and as Eurice states, there is a growing awareness in St. Lucia about chocolate.

What was once used to make Cocoa Sticks for cocoa tea, there are a number of people now making small-batch, single sourced chocolate bars.
